Need more info: Red, raised bumps with clear vessels are macuvesicualr rashes. These can be caused by viral infections, medications and reactions from things on the skin. Do they itch or painful? Do you have any systemic symptoms like fever? Is it in your mouth as well? Any new meds? While rarely dangerous, if you have systemic symptoms like fever, it is spreading or UR feeling sick, you should see your doc
