Vaginal discharge is: What u meant, i assume. Creamy, white, cottage cheese-like discharge may just be yeast, but (if sexually active & not using protection) best to see gyn to be checked for chlamydia &/or bacterial vaginosis or other std. If positive, make sure partner(s) is/r treated as well. Safer to use protection than risk damaging your fallopian tubes with undiagnosed std.
