See your OB/GYN: Probably bacterial vaginitis, but impossible to tell for certain without your being examined by a professional. The description you provide is not adequate to allow one to arrive at a diagnosis.

I was tx 4 yeast infection 3 weeks ago. Im again having discharge not as thick & cottage cheese looking but, thick & milky. May it b something else?

Possible, but check: It may be something else, or you may be getting more yeast infections if not adequately treated, if on antibiotics, or if your sugar is elevated. Diabetes can often lead to excesive sugar in your urine, and frequent yeast infections occur. Get evaluated and treated by your dr. Good luck.
