The right path...: Looks like you are doing a lot right having improved your ejection fraction and exercising regularly. I have had patients live long and strong after bypass because they ate right (Mediterranean), exercised, slept well, had strategies for stress-relief (meditation has studies behind it) and good relationships. Ask this ? of your cardiologist but I think they will agree...

Enjoy one's Life.: Not to put too fine a point on it, but range of life statistics are determined by many factors. These include not only conditions as diabetes and heart disease but many other causes of mortality. One has only to study the life expectancy tables that insurance companies use when considering risk.
