Post op rhinoplasty: It is possible that there is some swelling accounting for the appearance of your nose. Post op changes in rhinoplasty can take many months to resolve. If however, there is a very obvious residual hump, it may not go away completely. It is hard to have patience when you are looking at your nose every day, Give it some time and continue to check in with your surgeon.
