Most unlikley: If you and your partner are healthy and she has normal ovulatory cycles and normal tubes and uterus...there is no reason to assume "it is infertility". "Doing that the 1st 7 days after her periods" may still miss her fertile time of the month which is usually a few days before and about 36 hours after ovulation. If planning a pregnancy, you need to track her ovulation day, and "do that" then.
