Fecal impaction: there should be no need to manually remove your feces unless you have fecal impaction.
Maybe you are constipated. You should increase your intake of liquids and eat high fiber foods so that your bowel movements are regular and non constipated.
You can clean your anus with a wet wipe after bowel movements if necessary.

No.: A proper diet and normal muscles and function of the colon should allow you to have bowel movements without doing this. If this does not happen, you need to find out what is going on.
