ERT: Within a couple days you should notice a difference and if not you may want to confirm you don't have thyroid issues as well. At 32 you may actually have better luck with a birth control pill with a moderate dose of estrogen and that uses norethindrone for the progesterone. Norethindrone also helps hot flashes.
