Bloated: you are 45 yo do you know when your mother or possibly sisters went through menopause? That's only one possibility. It always could be an infection. Furthermore, if you haven't had a Pap smear or uterine biopsy lately it might be time to get it done. You do not want to miss uterine cancer if all it takes is a quick in person exam.
