My rt leg's bruised w/ knot.i just got back from a trip of long flights and car rides, ending in a swollen painful rt leg, still swollen 5 days later?

Clot: You are making a strong case for a clot (DVT) in your leg. Without seeing and feeling it it is best if you obtain an ultrasound to be safe

What you're noticing: may be a blood clot in a superficial vein (superficial venous thrombosis) which, in isolation, usually resolves on its own w/o complications. HOWEVER, risk factors & symptoms are similar for deep vein thrombosis (DVT) which can't be seen or felt but CAN cause serious, even life-threatening, complications. You must see a doctor. Today.
