? DVT: The condition you have described may suggest that there is a blood clot formed in the leg veins. I would suggest, first not to put any weight on the effected leg, and second, visit your doctor immediately to check 'venous color doppler' of leg. Good luck !

What you're noticing: may be a blood clot in a superficial vein (superficial venous thrombosis) which, in isolation, usually resolves on its own w/o complications. HOWEVER, risk factors & symptoms are similar for deep vein thrombosis (DVT) which can't be seen or felt but CAN cause serious, even life-threatening, complications. You must see a doctor. Today. Now, Please.
