Check up: The best way to ascertain your current health is a physical exam with your trusted MD. You will have the basics done: height, weight, body mass index, blood pressure, heart rate. You may also have some fasting labwork done: including cholesterol and blood sugar. Your doctor can tailor your visit based on your medical history and your family history. This is a good start. Happy health!!
