Non-steroid: Although topical treatment is only for the skin manifestation in a systemic disease such as psoriasis, Dovonex (calcipotriene) +/- a potent steroid would be my choice.

Psoriasis creams: Don't forget the value of moisturisers in soothing itchy dry skin. In many with mild psoriasis, it's all they need. Best to see a dermatologist to discuss the options for prescribed medications
