Due date: After your first US have your doctor give you your final due date. Based on your final due date, we can usually then determine an approximate time of conception. The key word being approximate. If you LMP is used for the due date, conception for a 28 day cycle women would be around August 18. If any question of paternity though, always always get paternity testing.
