Could be: Taking antibiotics can trigger yeast infection. Yeast creams are available at the pharmacy without a prescription. Try one and see if that solves the problem.

Could be yeast: Chlamydial infections don't itch; if you had itching from the start, you probably had more than chlamydia, and itching is the may symptom of vaginal yeast infections. Yeast can be triggered by antibiotics or made worse by them. Best to check with the doc or clinic who treated your chlamydia, but they'll probably agree it's safe to try an over-the-counter yeast treatment. Good luck!
