Potentially yes.: Excessive Lortab use (or any other prescription opioid medication such as Percocet, Vicodin) plus excessive use of prescription muscle relaxers or alcohol or Tylenol (acetaminophen) can be fatal. Please try to get your friend help by referring him/her to mental health specialist, addiction specialist, Rehab, drug detox or pain management specialist.

Potential risks: Some muscle relaxers could be habituating, such as Soma, (carisoprodol) and the combination could cause additive issues. If a barbiturate is employed, there can be additive risk of apnea. None of this is simple and needs to be closely managed by a pain specialist ASAP, so, please provide guidance and direction for this individual.
