Yes: Hazel eyes are probably more likely to have heterochromia since there are so many colors seen. Central heterochromia is really very beautiful and usually not related to illness. If that is the only symptom, you're fine.

My eyes are changing colors. They have a gold ring on the inner part next to the pupils. I have a boil or abcsess on my neck, haven't been able to get a core out. Taking asprin only, have a great deal of pain. Noticed change of color in my eyes yesterday.
My eye has a gold ring around the pupil, and all my colors are changing(i see white as pink and others are changed). I cut my cornea a few years back.
Any ideas why is it that I have a gold ring around both pupils in my eyes?
