Yes, but unlikely: Heterochromia is a condition affecting skin pigmentation and this can also involve the iris (heterochromia iridis). Complete heterochromia itself is very rare and typically only seen in animals. Thus although it is highly unlikely, it is possible to have central heterochromia in one eye and complete heterochromia in the other.
