Hard to say: The assessment of skin imperfections is very visual, which cannot be done in this setting. The appearance,size, shape and number of these areas all matter. They could be a localized reaction,related to skin care products, a signal for a significant genetic condition, etc. An exam by a health care provider will be needed.
