I have read about vericocele. i have discovered small lump vein, just before entering the vein in scrotam. is this vericocele?

No it is not: Why are you concerned about having a varicocele? If you had one, it will not show on the skin of your scrotum. It is supposed to be located in the deeper structures. Unless you have a medical problem or symptom that concerns you, you should not be thinking about Varicocele. If you wanted to pursue it further, you will need to get a physical exam/check up from a Urologist.
