A few possibilities: Urine tests in men miss up to 10% of infections. Chlamydia can self cure in a few weeks in men; he may have had it, now cleared. Maybe he was treated but didn't admit it. "Years" is too long, but you may have had it from a past partner and your fiance just lucky he didn't catch it from you. The test isn't perfect, small chance your result is false. The main thing now is that both need treatment.
