Have patience: Most glaucoma is an age related change in the outflow track for the internal fluid circulation of the eye. We do not know what causes this unless it is something age related like grey hair for which no cure is in sight. Many are working on this problem; if there is a "trigger" or cause that can be addressed, then a cure might be possible. Currently treatment is the only option and is good.
