Neurological exam: difficult with the limited info. Main suggestion would be to see a Doctor. I will provide some areas to consider though: 1) stress-this is not in ur head. Stress produces fluctuations of nerve fibers, hormones and the delivery of these is ramped up-like a more constant state of an adrenaline rush. 2) hormone imbalance-thyroid, adrenal glands. 3) Neurological disorder
