Try this.: Wash areas with vinegar. Apply Vaseline and wipe off excess then reapply. Apply cool icy compress at 10 minute intervals. After six hours start applying Clearasil (benzoyl peroxide) twice daily and keep moisturized with vaseline. Do not rub, scratch, or apply excessive heat or ice.
