A member asked:

I constantly feel like i have the flu and people say it's probably a virus. how can i have a virus on a regular basis?

You can't: If the symptoms are continuous and not separated by weeks then it may be due to some other condition. Sometimes it's as simple as too many carbs and junk food in your diet that causes these symptoms. Sometimes there is a rheumatologic (arthritis) or other infectious (lyme disease) cause. You need a work up. Keep an accurate diary of symptoms!
