See ans: Remove the scented candles and see if dizziness gets better. If yes, you may be allergic to some chemical in the scent. If no change, the dizziness is either anxiety or caused by something else. See your pcp to rule out medical reasons for lightheadedness. If all points to anxiety, see a mental health professional for evaluation and guidance. I hope this helps.
