Miralax (polyethylene glycol): The answer depends on why you were taking the Miralax (polyethylene glycol). If you're taking it as part of a colonoscopy prep, you should follow the instructions given for the procedure. Be sure to take all of the laxative, even if your stool appears clear. If taking it for constipation, the dosage is 17 g once a day. Do not take a second dose. Good luck.
