Normal: the creamy white discharge in your vagina that occurs during sexual intercourse is normal. There are glands within the walls of the vagina that release lubrication and mucus during sexual intercourse and when you have an orgasm. vaginal discharge from STDs or yeast infection is itchy, foul-smelling or yellow or green in color. gentle irrigation of vagina w/warm water to remove discharge.
