Water and Minerals: It's very important to hydrate as much as possible. Also, certain vitamins and minerals - such as thiamine, folic acid, B12, vitamin C, magnesium, and potassium can help your liver metabolize the alcohol and detox. Magnesium can often help with anxiety as well. At our office I'd give you a nutrient IV, but you could take oral supplements as well.
