Get STD exam ASAP: STDs are a concern, especially if you're under 30 and sexually active. Colored vaginal discharge (yellow, green, brown) and burning on urination are the most common symptoms of STD, especially gonorrhea and chlamydia. And low abdominal pain could mean pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), the main complication of STD in women. There are non STD possibilities too. This is serious; get checked ASAP.
