Yes, two factors : it appears that you have two risk factors:1- PCO ( polycyctic ovaries) which create harmonal imbalance and ovulation problems. Factor:2- your husband has only 1% normal sperms, which is very low. He might have genetic basis of this problem. Hence all these issues need further investigations.
