Sleep: If you're tired but not actually sleepy when you hit the sack, perhaps you're eating fatty or spicey foods too late in the evening, having caffeinated beverages too late in the day, watching tv in bed, possibly exercising too late in the evening or just not mentally relaxed enough to fall right asleep. If any of these apply to you, make corrections and drink some warm milk at bedtime.
