Question too vague: Dialysis is performed for a variety of reasons but is never performed casually. Urgent dialysis is lifesaving and sometimes temporizing until definitive care or perhaps permanent dialysis can be instituted. Some of the indications for urgent dialysis could be related to the heart although difficult o say without more details.
