It's unclear, but...: another cause of fatigue and SOB can be anemia, so a blood test for that would also be recommended. Regarding the pulse ox, if you got subsequent readings immediately after in the 90's, the 75 was likely an outlier and not correct. When checking pulse ox, make sure fingers are warm, placement is correct, and no nail polish is present, as all these things can cause an incorrect reading.
