Ectopic Pregnancy?: Even though you are certain you are not pregnant, I would suggest getting blood pregnancy test. Your symptoms could be many things; however, the combination of a missed period and left-sided pain is worrisome for an ectopic pregnancy. Since this can be serious, you should probably get it checked out. Best wishes!
