Get to the root: Consider your diet as a culprit: often wheat and perhaps dairy but there are other foods that can cause dermatitis. I use coconut oil as a great moisturizer and has some antimicrobial effects - skip other moisturizers. Use toothpaste that does not have sodium lauryl sulfate and use pure glycerin soap to wash. Avoid makeup.Zinc deficiency can contribute. See a dermatologist if this does not help.

Wrong question: Perioral dermatitis may be of unknown cause, but by far the most common cause is the use of cortisone products on the face. This is a specific diagnosis. It is not related to any foods, diets, vitamins, zinc, etc. Must avoid any kind of cortisone on face. May use pimecrolimus cream or tacrolimus ointment. Minocycline or doxycycline in small doses accelerates recovery. "Naturally" is meaningless.
