Both are good : The powder form can be stored longer, the ready made is more convenient but with limited validity and should be stored in a cool dry place, more expensive though, choose whichever suits your condition and your baby's, wish you both wellness

Convenience: I find mom's enjoy the convenience of RTF for travel or if they only need an occasional bottle to supplement breast feeding. For formula feeders, most use powder because it makes sense. Why pay the company to add water, use more storage space and spend the energy to carry all the extra weight home?

Both are fine. Which: you use is a personal preference. Powdered formula can be easier to take for travel and less expensive, but you need to make sure you have a reliable, safe source of drinking water. Ready-to-feed is more expensive but you don't need to worry about adding safe water, and it's convenient.
