Maybe not pimples: You don't say how long the "pimples" have lasted. If more than a few days, they aren't pimples. Also probably not herpes. Genital warts don't look like pimples; they're pretty much like warts anywhere else. If shiny pink, and some have dimples, maybe molluscum contagiosum (google it for pictures). Or maybe just prominent sebaceous glands? See a doctor in person and take it from there. Good luck!
