Yes: Triamcinolone is stronger version of hydrocortisone which is steroid commonly used in over-the-counter hemorrhoid creams. But as Dr. Simpson said (https://goo.gl/8fvAPm), 1st make sure it's just a hemorrhoid and not something else. Also plan on eating more fiber, drinking more water & exercising regularly (all good advice anyway) to reduce constipation & need to push hard which aggravates 'rrhoids
