Of All The Nerve!!!: The nervous system sometimes can get confused. Like, you've heard of people who have heart attacks but don't feel it in their chest;they get jaw or neck or arm pain.Or people with a liver problem that feel it in their shoulder.So maybe you have a nerve thing like that but without something serious to cause it.As long as your leg is functioning I wouldn't worry about it,unless it worsens.
