Positive home test: If you had a positive home pregnancy test and also have your tubes tied then prompt evaluation by your obgyn is warranted. Tubal pregnancy must be ruled out in these cases. If you had a negative blood BHCG pregnancy test more recently than the urine home test then the blood test is more accurate indicating that you are not pregnant.
