Yes: Ibuprofen and tamsulosin can be safely taken together. But I'm not sure why you are taking ibuprofen? Not certain if you are referring to pain from a ureteral stone? Usually ibuprofen would not be used to treat painful urination.>http://bit.ly/1hKZ4wy

Not as good idea: I don't know who suggested you tamusilosin for frequent urination. You are drinking 100 0z of water.Do you have past history of stones . I suggest you consult your doctor and get yourself checked including urinalysis and culture. The commonest cause of painful frequent urination is infection.you may need antibiotics.If you have past h/o stones then cat scan may be indicated. See your doctor
