Good question: Chloe, fleas generally like fur so unlikely they would be too interested in your ear! However, any insect that gets in an ear can be uncomfortable. Try shining a flashlight on the outside because some insects will come to the light. If this doesn't work, use either peroxide or oil to drown and drain it out. Sometimes a muscle twitching in an ear feels like a bug. It will go away. Good luck!
