A member asked:

Can you get post nasal drip after a mono infection?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Symptoms of mono: Infectious mononucleosis is a highly contagious viral respiratory infection. It is known for its severe sore throat, which often causes doctors to administer antibiotics, which then cause rashes. It is also known for causing profound fatigue and an enlarged spleen and tender lymph nodes elsewhere. All the regular respiratory symptoms, like post nasal drainage, runny nose and cough can also occur.
