Don't . . .: If you were to 'take something' to make it stop, you may end-up back where you started--with constipation. You simply need to allow it to 'wear off'. Drink plenty of fluids to reduce the chance of mild dehydration. Also, if you have constipation type IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), there are treatments that your doctor may be able to offer you.
