Baby steps : Knowing that you need to improve it is the first step. If you are spending long hours in class, reading, or at a computer, good posture is needed to prevent neck and back stiffness. As you practice it, it will become more natural. Exercise in general, but especially yoga and pilates can help improve your postural endurance.
