Likely not UTI: Kourtney, dark brown vaginal discharge would not be a common sign of a UTI. Classic UTI symptoms would be burning with peeing, peeing frequently, or increased urgency. Occasionally women can get blood in the urine which can be brownish, but it would be rare to have vaginal discharge. You should check with your ObGyn or see a specialist in Urogyn/Female Urology.
