Birth control: If you've been getting Depo-Provera shots regularly since 4/15 and are due for your next one 10/15, then you're protected from pregnancy until then. However, if you had sex w/o making your partner wear a condom, then you're at risk for sexually transmitted diseases. If you're worried, take a home pregnancy test and see your Family Doc, GYN or Planned Parenthood for STD testing.

Not pregnant: If you had a DMPA injection less than 3 months previous to having intercourse, pregnancy is very unlikely. DMPA does not prevent sexually transmitted infections, so condom use is recommended.
