Growth: Most growth in height stops around your age and over the next few years your bones will get stronger. If you are much shorter than your parents and/or your brothers and sisters a visit to an Endocrinologist would be in order.

Height: By 19 years old, it is almost certain that you are done growing. Adding more inches to your height really isn't possible. Eat healthy, exercise regularly, and don't smoke. You can build muscle by working out and eating healthy, but growing taller probably isn't likely.
