Few possibilities: With frequent belching,and pain radiating to back in additon to pain in the pit of stomach possibilities are peptic clucer disease which includes gastric ulcer disease, duodenitis( 1st part of small intestine's inflammation ) or duodenal ulcer , gall stone disease including infection of GB, pancreas inflammation and spine disease of thoracic spine with pain starting in back and raditing to front
