It depends...: ... have you been sexually active? Are you using any forms of birth control? To answer your question: NO, missing a menstrual cycle does NOT automatically mean you are pregnant. A simple pregnancy test (found at all local pharmacies) will help answer the question. Schedule a visit with your doctor to determine birth control options, should you desire any, or to discuss irregular menstruation.
